Do you paint, draw or go on photo shoots every day?

As an artist, I'm a;ways wondering if it is just me or if others have this internal "braking system."  My heart and my head say GO, but something holds me back.  I want to produce a good work every day, whether it is a photo, drawing or painting, but I often have to force myself to move forward.  Fear of failure?  Yes, I think so...how do you move beyond that?
